Hi Jordan, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
From a young age, I developed a passion for real estate, bonding with my family over open houses and imagining the stories behind each home. That early excitement grew into a dream of working with houses one day. After graduating high school, I enrolled at Georgia State University to major in Business Administration, knowing I wanted to be an entrepreneur but unsure of the path.

My mom introduced me to real estate, but the thought of juggling college, a job, and studying for a real estate exam seemed overwhelming. It wasn’t until life took a challenging turn that I realized I needed to pursue something different. Inspired by my mom’s success in passing her real estate exam, I decided to go for it. I faced multiple setbacks, failing the exam several times, and nearly gave up. However, with my family and friends support, I persisted, and on my next attempt, I finally passed!

The victory ignited a drive in me to dive into my real estate career. I joined Joe Stockdale Real Estate, an underdog brokerage known for its excellent training, and I immediately started building my brand. Now, I’m actively creating content, showcasing different homes, and sharing my journey. This is just the beginning—stay tuned for what’s next!

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It hasn’t been smooth, the struggles i dealt with most was staying motivated, not giving up when i failed the exam multiple times, and looking at everyone else life around me and letting that determine my journey.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
My business is centered on my journey as a Gen Z realtor, utilizing social media and content creation to market my services and document my path as a young entrepreneur. I aim to educate and inspire individuals my age or younger, proving that success is achievable at any age. Simultaneously, I use my expertise to guide clients through one of the most significant investments/ transactions of their lives.

With the support and resources provided by my brokerage, I offer unparalleled service from the initial consultation to the closing table. I take pride in my consistency and my willingness to create my own path in this industry. I provide complimentary consultations to all potential clients and am always eager to give tours to those who wish to view beautiful homes for inspiration.
