Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I absolutely love to immerse myself into the arts. I picked up a creative gene from my father. I found myself decorating for various family events as well assisting with interior designing (accent walls, decor, etc.). This led me to the idea of establishing my own event company that would specialize in event planning and designing. I talked about it for many years to then be pushed by an aunt to start it.
I took the first step of establishing my business the end of 1999. I was limited due to COVID shortly after which delayed my progress. I began delivering for clients late 2022. From that point on, I have grown my business but not to the extent that I would like.
I’ve recently taken a step back to reevaluate strategy and other components of my business. I am updating my website, attending event workshops and pulling in marketing experts to help me grow my business and achieve my business goal. All about investing in yourself.
My goal is to grow my business and earn enough to quit my 9 to 5 within the next couple of years.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It has not been a smooth road. I have been challenged with marketing my business and skill set via social media and other platforms. Most of my business comes from repeat clients or word of mouth.
Part of my strategy reevaluation includes setting myself apart from others in the event space and placing myself in positions to network with different people.

We offer full event services including event planning, designing, and coordinating. Our mission is to bring your vision to fruition while providing a seamless, professional and personal experience. Can you share something surprising about yourself?
Many know that I’m a very creative person, most limit it to primarily events. I’ve done abstract walls, abstract canvas art, painted various walls in homes, backsplash installations, and laminate flooring installations.
