Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Like most meaningful journeys, it has not been a completely smooth road — and that is what made it valuable.

In the early stages, one of the biggest challenges was earning trust in a market where quality and authenticity truly matter. Building relationships with reliable suppliers, educating customers about caviar, and maintaining consistently high standards required time, patience, and discipline. This also meant traveling abroad — including to Europe — to study production firsthand and deepen our understanding of quality at its source. Logistics were another learning curve — ensuring freshness, perfect packaging, and timely delivery, especially for overnight shipping, demanded constant attention.

There were also moments of uncertainty that come with growing a small, passion-driven business into a structured brand. Every challenge, however, pushed us to refine our processes, strengthen our values, and stay deeply connected to our customers.

Looking back, those challenges shaped Great Taste Caviar into what it is today — a brand built on resilience, trust, and an uncompromising commitment to quality.
