Community Highlights: Meet Nathalie Pham of HN Creations LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Nathalie Pham.

Hi Nathalie, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My journey started through my husband, who has been in the jewelry bussiness for over 25 years. learning from his experience , I saw an opportunity to bring advanced technology like CAD design and 3d printing into the crsft. That vision led to HN Creations – ‘H’for Hien and ‘N’ nathalie- our partnership and family values reflected in every piece. Today, we blend timeless craftsmanship with modern innovation to create jewelry that carries both beauty and meaning.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
When I first started , I had no knowledge of how to make jewelry. Everything was new to me, from understanding designs to learning how production worked. Through experience, determination, and alot of hard work, I slowly gaind the skills I needed. Experience and hard work became my greatest teachers. Every mistake turned into a lesson. On top of that, as a new company that wasn’t known , one of the hardest challenges was building customer trust. Through perisitence , I only not gained the skills to create jewelry but also earned the confidence of clients who now trust us with their most meaningful pieces.

HN Creations is a jewelry design and manufacturing company that specializes in custom , one of a kind pieces. we combine traditional craftsmanship with advanced technology like CAD design and 3D prinitng to bring unique visions to life. Our specialty is creating jewelry that tells a story.
What sets us apart is our ability to merge artistry with percision, Every piece we create is not just a product , but ensuring their ideas are transformed into meaningfuly jewelry they can cherish for generations. I’m most proud of how far we’ve come as a young brnad – earning trust in an industry where reputation measn everything. For me, HN Craetions represents family , legacy, and the belief that jewelry should hold both beauty and meaning.

Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
There are so many people who deserve credit for the sucess of HN Creations. First and foremost , my husband has been my mentor and partner from the start, brining over 25 years of experience to our business. Our children , Aaron and Katherine , have also played a huge role , inspiring us even contributing to new ideas and future ventures.
Im also grateful to our dedeicated team of jewelers who bring our designs to life and to our customers who have trusted us with their most meaningful pieces. And Finally , I want to thank the City of Doraville and the Mayor and city councils for recognizing and supporting us as we celebrated our 10th anniversary. Their ecouragement means so much as we continue to grow. Each of them has been part of our journey , and I’m deeply thankful for their support.
