Our story began with a shared dream to bring the authentic flavors of Puerto Rican cuisine to Stockbridge and the Southern community. Founded by a proud Father, and a loving Grandmother, our catering service, Eny’s Catering, was inspired by the desire to share the warmth and richness of Puerto Rican culture through its beloved dishes. But at its heart, this journey is about family—and a future built for the next generation.
The idea took root with the birth of Eny, the daughter and granddaughter of the founders. They wanted to create something meaningful that would not only share their love for food but also provide a bright future for little Eny. Named in her honor, our catering business embodies the dedication and passion we have for family, tradition, and creating opportunities for the ones we love.
We are here to bring people together with the food we cherish, offering a taste of home for those who know it, and an unforgettable experience for those who are tasting it for the first time. From our family to yours, we bring the vibrant spirit of Puerto Rico to every event, every gathering, and every celebration, with the hope of building something lasting for generations to come.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It has not been a completely smooth road. Like many growing businesses, we faced challenges along the way, particularly with online advertising in the beginning. Reaching the right audience and building brand awareness in a competitive market required time, learning, and persistence. At first, it was difficult to effectively promote our services and ensure that people in the community knew who we were and what we offered. However, through consistency, improved marketing strategies, and word of mouth support from satisfied customers, we were able to overcome those challenges and establish a strong presence both online and within our local community.

Eny’s Catering specializes in authentic Puerto Rican and Caribbean cuisine, bringing bold flavors, tradition, and homemade quality to every event we serve. Our menu reflects the rich culinary heritage of Puerto Rico, prepared with love, fresh ingredients, and recipes that have been passed down through generations.
We are especially known for our signature desserts, including our homemade cheesecake, brownies, flancocho, and traditional quesitos boricuas. In addition, our flavorful BBQ sauce, Puerto Rican style wings, and seasoned shish kabobs have become customer favorites. These dishes highlight what sets us apart, the ability to blend classic Caribbean flavors with crowd, pleasing favorites, all while maintaining authenticity.
What truly distinguishes us is the heart behind our brand. We are a family-founded business built on legacy, culture, and excellence. Without a doubt, the person who deserves tremendous credit for our success is my partner, Iris Maysonet, who carries the vision for our business. From the very beginning, she played a vital role in turning our dream into a reality. She handled the legal documentation and formation of the business, ensuring that we were properly established and positioned for growth. Beyond that, we work side by side in the kitchen, preparing every meal together with dedication and excellence.
Equally important is our greatest inspiration my daughter, Enylianys Maree Moyet. She is the heart behind our brand and the reason we strive to build something meaningful and lasting. Her presence motivates us to work harder, dream bigger, and create a legacy that she can one day be proud of. Together, our partnership, shared vision, and family inspiration have been the foundation of Eny’s Catering’s success.
