Hi Niquia, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Hi my name is Niquia Cain, I was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where I earned an associate’s degree in business management. After moving to Atlanta in 2014, I attended school at DeVry University and received a bachelor’s degree in business and hospitality management.

The hospitality and the industry and the many ways it serves people has always been my passion.
When I moved to Atlanta, I immediately started working at hotels to begin learning the ins and outs of the hotel business.
When Covid-19 hit, and hospitality and traveling was almost non-existent her mindset switched.
I decided to go into business for myself by starting a janitorial company. This was an opportunity to do hospitality on my own terms and to incorporate it into a one stop shop.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The journey is difficult but its worth it. The hospitality industry changes every day as well as people and technology.

The ability to change. I am beginning to understand change is key to personal evolution. It’s not always easy, but the process of stepping out of comfort zones, learning new things, and reflecting on what no longer serves us is essential to living a fulfilling life.
What i have been learning and understanding is ultimately, change is not just inevitable; but it’s something we must lean into. Whether in our personal lives, in the rapid pace of technology, or in how we approach business, the ability to adapt, grow, and refine our focus is what keeps us moving forward. Change can be daunting, but it’s also an opportunity for reinvention, innovation, and improvement.
