Today we’d like to introduce you to Pierre Dean.
Hi Pierre, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I got to where I am today by experiencing and overcoming the many different obstacles and adversities that life presented me. From having a successful retail management career to pushing my way through homelessness, I’ve built an exterior and mindset that allows me to be successful in all aspects of life.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Along the way, I grew up battling with asthma. Asthma so bad that in 2002 a sudden asthma attack left me flatline on a hospital bed with doctors telling my mother and family there was nothing else they could do. Adjusting to a new way of life and culture when I decided that I wanted to pick up and head to California, leaving everything and my relatives behind. Making decisions which lead me to be homeless and rebuilding my mental with the 3F’s, (frequent action, faith, and focus) to climb my way out of it.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Dean Solutions LLC is a consultation and solutions-based company that strives to help and develop the answers to the what, why, and how. It houses the motivational speaking sector and most importantly, the 3F brand. I specialize in the shifting of mindsets through using my past to uplift, guide, and motivate others all while keeping them in the realm of reality. I am most proud that the 3F brand continues to grow with the additions of 3F Productions, 3F Fit Challenge, and the 3F Conference coming third quarter of 2024. Everything started from my book The 3F Theory available on 3ftheory.com and Amazon and all services and offerings are available on pierredean.com and 3ftheory.com.
Any big plans?
The next big thing coming will be The Toast & Ash Show, which is a podcast featuring 5 men including myself conversing about intimate topics men generally don’t discuss especially with women. We will cover topics such as insecurities, heartbreaks and what it does to us, and so much more. The goal is to provide a platform that will allow men to enter a mental space of understanding not only that its ok to speak about these things but also how to properly do it. For the ladies, the hope is for them to have a window into the psyche of the man giving them the opportunity to understand men but possibly “their” man better.
