Community Highlights: Meet Tasha Robinson of Paris Esthetics Skin Care

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tasha Robinson.

Hi Tasha, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My story began after the need to start over in life following a divorce. To get back in the game, I decided to go to college and major in nursing. After my first year of success in college, I woke up one day to realize that this was not my path. I was getting my hair done one day and my hairdresser would always tease me about going to cosmetology school. For whatever reason I felt too old. Lol! I then applied for MUA Art school instead. It was exciting and fun. Then I got tired of doing makeup on peoples skin that didn’t want to take care of it. The conversation of Esthetics comes back up a year later and let’s just say I jumped in feet first. I didn’t miss one day of class. That’s when I knew I had found my passion and love for skin. My mother had crazy faith in my passion to be a business owner. She always told me it was something she wanted to do but didn’t have the same drive such as myself. I’m grateful she was able to see where I was heading before she passed in 2012. She was the first to plant seed money into my business before there was a business because she believed in me that much! She watched me pull together large-scale Hair/Fashion show events. Unknowing to her she was being honored during one of my last large-scale events. The proceeds went to Carrie’s Touch a nonprofit organization in Sacramento, California on behalf of cancer awareness. When I started in Sacramento, California in July of 2011 I wanted to quit my first year! I can hear my mom saying “Renee, your passion won’t let you stop you love it too much!” That’s my motivation and my constant reminder to keep pushing. I moved to Georgia in August of 2017. In 2018, I opened my second location here in Georgia. I had been bi-costal for the past 3 1/2 years working on both the East and West coast. In August of 2021 I launched Paris Esthetics Skin Care product line. I recently relocated to Buckhead and am partnered with Regenerative Med Spa located at 2061 Peach Tree Road, Suite 250.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No, it has not been easy. My biggest challenge was maintaining a presence on both sides of the U.S. and flying back and forth every few weeks. When I partnered with Regenerative Med Spa I questioned if I still had the drive to build a new practice from the ground up effectively here in Ga.– but I can say we are off to a great start and my passion won’t let me slow down. So to all of those with skin care challenges please give us a call.
