Tell us a little about your story.
A little bit about my story. I have always used home remedies that my grandmother and mother used, and I have always been into herbalism and the healing power of plants. However, about 11 years ago, I dived in and dedicated myself to learning how herbs can heal you as I was sick with multiple issues. My doctor at the time put me on some medication that was suppose to help, and I felt like I was dying. My hair started falling out, I had no energy, tired all the time, and it felt like the medicine was making me sicker. I spoke with my doctor on multiple occasions and let her know that the medication was making me feel sicker and I did not feel it was helping. My dose was adjusted but I was told that I needed to stay on the medication, and I just felt like the doctor was not hearing me. I felt like I was dying and I needed to be here for my family. At this point, I knew I had to take my health into my own hands. I decided to stop taking my medication and started researching herbs, creating herbal medicine for myself, and changing my lifestyle. I went back about six months later to the doctor and the sickness was gone. My doctor was impressed and this gave me the confidence I needed to help others. I knew then that this was something that I needed to share. I started helping my friends and family improve their health and eventually started my herbal business to help others in the community.

We all face challenges, but would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It most definitely has not been a smooth road. Success rarely comes without challenges and setbacks. Struggles I have faced have been failures, setbacks, self-doubt, fear, financial challenges, external obstacles, and work-life balance.

While the road to success has been filled with challenges and struggles, these obstacles shaped me into who I am today. These struggles built character and ultimately led to greater resilience and success in the long run. Overcoming my challenges, learning from my failures, and persevering in the face of adversity are essential to achieving my goals and aspirations.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
Driven by a deep-rooted love for plants and a desire to share their wisdom with others, I embarked on a journey of exploration and discovery in herbalism.

I have years of study, practice, and hands-on experience; I have cultivated a profound understanding of the medicinal properties of herbs and their ability to restore balance and vitality to the body, mind, and spirit. I strive to create a welcoming space where individuals feel empowered to embark on their journey of healing and self-discovery.

We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
Success can be defined in various ways, as it is highly subjective and can mean different things to different people.

However, at its core, success is achieving goals, fulfilling one’s potential, and finding satisfaction and fulfillment in life. Ultimately, success is a deeply personal concept that varies from person to person. Individuals need to define success in a way that resonates with their values, aspirations, and unique circumstances.
