Hi Tiffany, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My real estate journey started in 2017 when I worked as a real estate assistant. After two years of learning the industry from behind the scenes, I knew I wanted more. I was determined to get my license—even after multiple attempts. I refused to give up. In 2019, I officially became a licensed Realtor in Georgia and Florida, opening the door to a whole new level of opportunity.
By 2020, I was ready to take a leap of faith. I left the stability of corporate America to go all in on real estate. It was a scary time—the world was shutting down due to the pandemic, and I was stepping into full-time entrepreneurship. But I stayed committed to my goals and closed five homes in my first year. From there, I doubled my goals in 2021 and surpassed them, proving to myself that I was built for this industry.
2022 was a game-changer. I had the opportunity to work on a $50 million acquisition project with investors, which pushed me to get licensed in multiple states. That experience taught me invaluable lessons about real estate investing, asset management, and large-scale deal structuring. It also planted the seed that I could do more than just sell homes—I could build something bigger.
In 2023, I took another major step and earned my broker’s license. From there, I led and managed a brokerage, gaining firsthand experience in running a firm. But deep down, I knew I was meant to create something of my own.
On April 22, 2024, Jones Elite Realty Group was born. Not long after, I expanded into Alabama, and we’ve been growing ever since. In just 10 months, we’ve built a solid reputation in the community, created opportunities for agents and investors, and laid the foundation for something truly elite.
This is just the beginning. We’re not just selling real estate—we’re building legacies.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Has it been a smooth road? Absolutely not.
Real estate is rewarding, but it’s not for the weak. My journey has been filled with challenges, setbacks, and moments that tested my faith.
Getting my license wasn’t easy—it took multiple attempts, but I refused to quit. Leaving corporate America in 2020 was terrifying, especially during a global shutdown. I had no safety net, just faith and determination. That first year, I had to grind harder than ever, proving to myself that I could make it work.
Then came 2022, when I was thrown into the deep end working on a $50 million investor acquisition. It was exciting but also high-pressure and overwhelming. I had to learn fast, navigate complex deals, and prove that I belonged in those rooms. That experience pushed me beyond my comfort zone and set the stage for bigger opportunities.
Starting my own brokerage in 2024 was another challenge. It’s one thing to sell homes—it’s another to build and lead a company. I had to put the right team in place, establish a brand, and gain trust in a competitive market. There were moments of doubt, moments where I questioned if I made the right decision, but I kept pushing forward.
The road hasn’t been smooth, but every obstacle made me sharper, stronger, and more resilient. I’ve learned that success in this industry isn’t just about closing deals—it’s about adapting, learning, and never giving up. And that’s exactly what I’ve done.

Over the next 5-10 years, I see real estate evolving in major ways, and those who adapt and stay ahead of the curve will be the ones who thrive.

Investors aren’t just flipping homes anymore—they’re thinking long-term. We’re seeing a major shift toward build-to-rent communities, multifamily developments, and large-scale acquisitions. Institutional investors are grabbing up inventory, and smaller investors will have to strategize smarter to compete.
2. Affordability & Housing Shortages
Homeownership will continue to be a challenge for many, with housing shortages, rising construction costs, and stricter lending requirements.
