Hi Tyler, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
What began as a part-time internship during my senior year of high school evolved into a deep passion for creativity. I’ve had the opportunity to work across various facets of the industry, from crafting compelling content behind the scenes to pitching and selling marketing strategies to major retailers. This journey has allowed me to truly enjoy and contribute to the growth and success of businesses of all sizes.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
At my first marketing agency, I held seven different roles over four years, gaining experience in a wide range of tasks—from managing embroidery orders and designing email campaigns to fielding calls on their 1-800 number. Each new responsibility was a thrilling opportunity to learn and grow. This diverse experience paved the way for my transition into inside sales, where I managed six-figure purchase orders and served as the key liaison between clients and the finished product.

With over a decade of experience in the creative industry, The Jamieson Agency was founded in March 2024. We are passionate about collaborating with entrepreneurs and business leaders to unlock new market opportunities through clear and compelling marketing strategies. Our expertise includes strategic design, logo and branding development, print collateral, social media strategy and management, and website design and maintenance. We take pride in being “the marketing agency you always wanted,” offering a “one contact” approach that ensures unparalleled attention to detail and exceptional customer service.
Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
From a young age, I’ve been captivated by creativity. I vividly remember the excitement when the Apple iMac was released during my elementary school years. Our school received a grant that placed one in every classroom, and its bold design inspired me to push creative boundaries and dream of what I could do. My passion for creativity extended to music, and I started playing the piano at 13, further enriching my creative pursuits.
As a child, I spent hours drawing logos and designs from magazines, tracing their shapes and studying their construction to understand the art of branding. Alongside this, my deep interest in people—regardless of age or background—has always fascinated me. I love hearing their stories, learning about their careers, and discovering how they arrived at where they are today.
