Today we’d like to introduce you to Victoria Berry.
Hi Victoria, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I grew up in Columbus Ohio. I started as the hair plug in 2011 and I quickly transitioned into owning salons around the city. I moved to Charlotte NC 2018 where I had a kiosk selling Impressive Hair in 2 of their malls. I finally came to Atlanta Dec 2020 and then shortly got into my real passion.
I got into focusing more on business branding for businesses as well as In Dec 2021 I released #TheImpressiveBag which quickly grew in the area.
I went through a lot of different things and realized I am most passionate about helping businesses as well as focusing on fashion.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It was absolutely not smooth at all. For the most part, most of the struggles come from not having a budget for marketing when it comes to selling products. You need a good reach no matter what you think. The people have to see it. But trust the journey.
Staying motivated 24/7 is at times a challenge but I trust God first.
The support from my parents makes it 100000% easier to tackle. A lot of things that my mom will help with like making sure all the bags are shipped & keeping track of inventory plays a big part .
As you know, we’re big fans of Impressive Brand. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
Impressive Brand is a lifestyle brand. We want to encourage people to focus on having an Impressive life which may look different for everyone’s walks.
We soon will incorporate teaching in 2023. We also plan on having Beauty Suites in Atlanta Ga.
We encourage every women to get #TheImpressiveBag it is a great addition to any wardrobe and truly the girls who get it… Get it! We have different styles that fit many lifestyles. It’s such a way to feel Impressive.
Are there any books, apps, podcasts or blogs that help you do your best?
As far as things that help me be my best in life. I wake up and read positive things daily. As far as podcast, I listen to spiritual ones that always helps me personally. I plan to listen to more motivational ones soon but I’m very particular with what I allow in. Books I won’t lie; I have a good amount but I haven’t got to sitting down and committing to reading books often.
