Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I started my training career in the park. I spent my last $100 on a battle rope, hooked it up to a pole and went to work. Until winter came I lost all my clients because i didn’t have any where to train. Imagine having 10 clients leave your Delta airline job then boom, no more clients. Then found a private gym to train out of until I got my own spot . fast forward I end up losing 3 gyms ( never for monetary reasons ) each time I lost a gym I learned a valuable lesson! Now I own Quality Fitness Club and take my 10 years of experience and run a great business!!
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Noooooo!! Lost 3 gym. Surrounded myself around the wrong people .. my training career was like a roller coaster ride!

Everyone should know I couldn’t do this without my wife and our awesome team!! My wife is really the G.O.A.T she runs the entire gym and let me just be a trainer !! What sets us apart is our energy and vibes !! I’m proud of my team the most because without them this wouldn’t work .. Do you have any advice for those looking to network or find a mentor?
lol what’s worked well for me was 10 years of experience!! Wish i would’ve had a mentor but my mistakes made me better!
