Hi Zack, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Started buying investment properties at 18 right out of high school, gradually got into flipping houses. Then got into real estate sales. Top 10 agent in whole state of GA. Selling approximately 100+ homes a year as a solo agent and a rental portfolio of 74 doors in Cherokee county. Have a wife and 3 beautiful kids. I’m 32 years old to date
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Struggle is TIME!! So much oppurtunity out there you just have to go for it. So not enough time in the day is the biggest!

Bobo Enterprises LLC – this is the company I’ve ordered in 2011 and this is where I keep all of my rental properties housed under. This started as a small group but has actively grown to 74 units to today’s day. We specialize in affordable housing sector, providing clean safe and affordable housing to those in Cherokee County.
Zack Bobo real estate – this is my real estate company. I’m a solo agent. I have a transaction coordinator and we close consistently 100 houses a year.. helping families buy, sell and invest in real estate in North Georgia and Metro
