Hi Alessandra , we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I was at a previous role for four years saving to go abroad after graduating from the University of Georgia with a business degree. I resigned from the role and went to Europe for 32 days. When I returned I decided to give social media a chance and part of my content included martinis. The savory martini has since taken off and I am lucky to have been apart of it from the start.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Once I was dedicated I posted regularly and within a month and a half I was able to join the creator rewards program, worked with large companies including Pinterest and one of my videos was featured on the Drew Barrymore show. The struggles along the way have included larger creators using my original ideas without crediting my account. This is something that took awhile for me to be okay with.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I specialize in savory martinis. There is no limit when I come up with a new idea. From the Caprese Tini, Seafood Boil Tini to the Arby’s Tini. I am constantly looking for ways to shock the audience. The garnish throws people off but the drinks taste amazing.
Can you share something surprising about yourself?
I come up with the ideas for my martinis before I go to bed each night. I write a list on my notes app and my brain just thinks of ingredients that compliment each other to make a great martini.
