Conversations with Ania Artagos

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ania Artagos.

Hi Ania, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started my business back in 2018. I was selling headwear such as bonnets, durags, scarfs, hats. It was designer and velvet headwear for kids and adults, females and males. I was selling those for two years. In mid-2020, I added new products, I added lashes, purses, and adding hair services, also vendor lists. That right there was the kicker for me. So, later the next year in 2021, I was getting a lot of inquiries about how I started my business and if I can help people start their business. I Also started selling ebooks and started doing lashes. So, now in 2022, I became a business mentor and currently teach the basics of being an entrepreneur to help start and operate a business.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No, at first it was hard because I really didn’t have that much support from friends or family. So I started marketing my products through ads and word to mouth sales. That didn’t work at first but after about three weeks, I started seeing more sales. Even now, I have my bad/troubles days but what successful business doesn’t have those?

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I am a business mentor. I specialize in online sales and consulting with people. I am known for having multiple incomes and helping people start making multiple incomes.

What makes you happy?
Anytime I get a new client. I love getting a new consultation form or business startup package order. Those are my favorite types of orders because knowing I’m helping someone get one step closer to their dream/goals is the best feeling to me. I always had a passion for helping people where they had “problems” or need advice. I went to school for psychology but had stopped going to run my business once it started taking off. I do plan on going back to school once I get my team fully staffed.
