Conversations with Arrianna Marie

Today we’d like to introduce you to Arrianna Marie.

Hi Arrianna, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I’m a multi-hyphenate creative; someone who does many things, but always with intention. My work sits at the intersection of entertainment, lifestyle and culture with a clear focus: building powerful experiences that resonate, connect and create lasting impact. Whether I’m on camera, on the mic, or behind the scenes, I don’t just tell stories; I build movements, shape culture and bring a sharp instinct that turns ideas into real impact.

Originally from California, I began my career as a professional dancer, performing with artists like Major, Cameo, Davido and Michelle Williams.
That experience gave me more than stage presence, it taught me how to captivate an audience, create emotional resonance and deliver memorable moments. As I transitioned into acting, with credits on She-Hulk, Dynasty, American Soul and Giants, it sharpened my ability to tell real, human stories that resonate. Being on both sides of the camera gave me a unique superpower: knowing what moves people. That same energy now fuels my work in brand strategy and lifestyle curation.

But performance is just one piece of the puzzle. I’ve channeled my creative energy into curating intentional, culture-forward brand moments. From hosting live events to leading brand campaigns and cultural activations for brands like Good American, No Ordinary Love, Red Bull and OneMusicfest and beyond, I’ve had the honor of helping brands show up in ways that are fresh and unforgettable. I know how to build moments that don’t just entertain, but elevate brand presence and cultural relevance. That passion for culture and connection inspired me to launch Element Creative Co. a boutique agency specializing in brand development, creative direction, experiential strategy and impactful partnerships. Element is the “thing” you didn’t know you were missing… until now.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
No, it definitely hasn’t been a smooth road and I don’t think any creative journey worth taking ever is. There have been plenty of moments filled with uncertainty, missed opportunities, unmet expectations and tough conversations. I’ve had to navigate tough conversations with collaborators who didn’t share my vision, clients who undervalued my work and times when I knew I was overqualified but still got overlooked. Those moments taught me to stand firm in my value, even when others couldn’t see it and to trust that God’s timing is always greater than my own. Each disappointment cut deep, but ultimately, they sharpened me.
Those struggles have shaped me and pushed me to be resilient and intentional with every step forward. Balancing the practical with the passionate isn’t just a challenge, it’s a constant negotiation. But in that tension, I’ve learned to be resourceful. I’ve learned to speak up, to ask for what I’m worth and to keep building even when the wins aren’t loud or public. Those quiet, gritty seasons taught me faith, patience and the value of being aligned with my ‘why’ even when the journey looks nothing like what I imagined.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I wear many hats, but at my core, I’m a creative strategist and lifestyle curator deeply rooted in the entertainment industry. My work is centered on alignment and authenticity. Whether I’m acting, hosting, producing experiences or building community, everything I do is driven by a deep love for creativity, culture and meaningful connection and I bring a dynamic presence with energy that elevates every experience I’m part of.

Through my work, I’ve had the privilege of building lasting connections, fostering authentic conversations and curating unforgettable moments. For me, every project is an opportunity to craft something meaningful that not only strengthens a brand but also creates experiences that people can feel, remember and trust.
As an entrepreneur and consultant, my specialty lies in blending brand strategy with experiential marketing to design authentic, immersive experiences that connect brands with real people. As an actress and host, I bring a strong sense of presence, authenticity and energy to everything I do.
My friends and peers call me “the plug” for a reason. I’m a natural connector who genuinely loves bringing the right people together and creating space for collaboration, alignment and opportunity. If I can’t make the connection myself, chances are I know someone who can and I won’t hesitate to make the call to get it done.

One of my proudest achievements is co-founding and launching Set Life, a platform designed to fill the gaps we kept seeing in the entertainment industry, especially when it came to transparency, access and community around the business side of the game. We’ve created something that goes way beyond networking, it’s a space that connects creatives but also equips them with the tools, insight and real talk needed to navigate the industry. Set Life is movement toward collaboration, empowerment and ownership in an industry that often thrives on gatekeeping.

What sets me apart is my authenticity and versatility. I’m not just a marketer or performer, but someone who bridges creativity, culture and business. I merge strategy, insight and intuition to bring ideas to life in a way that feels personal and powerful. I’m not just here to make things look good; I want them to feel good and make sense. I lead with excellence and don’t just execute. I elevate.

Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
Over the next 5 to 10 years, I see the entertainment industry evolving rapidly especially with advancements in AI and the way social media continues to shape how we create and consume content. AI is already changing the game by streamlining production processes, personalizing experiences and even influencing creative decisions. At the same time, social media keeps pushing the boundaries of how audiences engage with entertainment, demanding more authenticity and real-time connection than ever before. The challenge and the opportunity is learning how to work in tandem with technology (like AI) without losing the human touch and essence that makes entertainment resonate.
I strongly believe that no matter how advanced technology gets, it can’t (and won’t) replace the human touch; the soul, intuition and genuine connection that only people bring to the table. The future of entertainment and brand experiences more broadly, will be about finding that delicate balance of using innovation to amplify creativity while staying rooted in what makes us human. For me, staying adaptable while holding on to authenticity is key. The industry will thrive by embracing these shifts while remembering that at its core, the power of entertainment lies in genuine, meaningful connections between people. And the same goes for brands; creating authentic experiences that resonate with audiences on a human level is what will drive true loyalty and long-term success.
