Today we’d like to introduce you to Benjamin Gadson.
Hi Benjamin, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I started photography at the age of 16 when I received my first camera for Christmas. I wanted a way to make some extra change on the side by working for myself and being a service for others. With help from YouTube University, I eventually branched into Videography and took my talents with me after I graduated high school… I’m now a graduating senior that attends South Carolina State University.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has been a smooth road. Being an entrepreneur while in school is no joke. I have to learn how to balance both and I would say it’s still my biggest challenge.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
So I’m a photographer and videographer. I specialize in videography. I’m known for my college lifestyle videos in areas such and Greek-Life, and Marching Bands. I’m most proud of how my business has grown while attending an HBCU. I would say what sets me apart from others would be my humbleness and unwillingness to brag or be flashy about my work.

I would say sermons by Pastor Travis Greene from Forward City Church in Columbia, SC!
