Hi Brandon, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
It all started 2022 When a good friend of mine told me I could be the next Weeknd I kept going hoping I would get better there is still work to be done on my end but most importantly I think now my life is in Christ hands because I’m still able to do what I do and that’s make music I’ve been inspired by greatness to a certain degree to want to chase it and change the world as the people I look up to Music helps me go to a place I’ve never been before and I love a good adventure hopefully everything plays out the way I envision
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Well being a black man with no experience essentially no experience in my “expertise” dropped out of high school no ged and father wasn’t always in the picture. Other than that I’d say it’s been a smooth roll gotta make it that way it’s way worse out here I’ll manage
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I would most likely say I’m proud of my music but I would love to learn on a professional level to really know everything understand everything about what I love because I love knowledge everyone that knows me know I love a good song it plays in my head all day I will learn step by step the moment I’m given the opportunity it’s the only thing I’ll have o my name that means anything to me because I care for nothing else
We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you?
Well I have the most luck because I can still do it at any level but god played a major role in wouldn’t be here with the grace of his blessing but one u really have that blessing you’ve gotta cherish and nourish it because you can lose it this is a message to myself because this is only the beginning of it I am a very expressive person I would love to talk about it because life isn’t what it seems
