Today we’d like to introduce you to Bre Wheeler.
Hi Bre, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Fashionably Humble (FH) is built upon passion, inspiration, and the ‘people’. I started Fashionably Humble because of my love for fashion and my desire to share my creativity of style while maintaining modesty. FH started with clothing then took a turn when I ran out of ideas for the business. I nearly became ashamed to even say I had a business because I wasn’t doing anything with it. I will call it a drawback and time to go back to the drawing board for nine months. I didn’t want to leave what God gave me just to sit there and collect dust. I had to do SOMETHING!
It was July 2021 where a trip to the mall changed my life forever. August 2021, I posted a sample picture of myself in a yellow crewneck that read “Jesus+Sneakers” and that moment became iconic. DMs LIT okay?! Hahaha.
I wanted to be able to reintroduce my business and the brand on its one year anniversary (August 15, 2021) and I had two weeks to plan everything. I had to reintroduce a business some were familiar with and where some were not and introduce a line no one has ever seen. Crazy, right?
But it happened and the people are WEARING the merch. I would have never thought this but I wouldn’t trade it for ANYTHING! I’m even more excited to reel FH back in. Let’s see what inspiration we can bring to encourage the people to not be afraid to be stylish and STILL be modest. Watch and see.
In a little over a year, my life has changed with this idea and vision God gave me.
The greatest accuracy is that… this, what you’re reading about and the pictures you look at is bigger than me.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Can someone say FEAR? This type of move shakes your boots but when you cannot shake or deny the feeling, you have to MOVE and that’s what I did. Not knowing how to start. Not knowing the ins and outs of properly (legally) operating a business and funds. Money can be a constant issue especially at the beginning. The saying “it takes money to make money” makes more sense than it has ever before. I feel like I work harder for Fashionably Humble than anything I’ve ever done.

I consider myself to be an creative. Everything I do creates. Whether I wear it, design it, envision it or sell it.
Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
Family and Friends bring me happiness. I love quality time so spending time with those who mean a lot to me is important.
