Conversations with Brittany Morton

Today we’d like to introduce you to Brittany Morton.

Hi Brittany, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started simply with a heart to help women. What began as small gatherings to encourage others in their faith and purpose has grown into a movement that reaches thousands. Early on, I realized that so many women were showing up for everyone else but struggling to find space to be poured into themselves. That burden became my calling.

Over the years, I’ve learned through both challenges and victories how to lead with authenticity, build community, and stay anchored in purpose. My journey hasn’t been a straight path, but each season has shaped me into the leader I am today — one who believes that real transformation happens when we create safe spaces for women to heal, grow, and lead.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. Along the way, I’ve battled personal insecurities and moments where I questioned if I was truly equipped to lead. There were seasons I longed for mentorship or guidance but had to learn to trust God’s voice and grow through experience. I’ve faced the weight of leading while still healing, and the challenge of building something meaningful without always having a clear roadmap.

But those struggles have shaped me. They’ve taught me resilience, humility, and the importance of community. I’ve learned that even in uncertainty, growth happens when you keep showing up and trusting that what’s in you is enough.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I lead a ministry focused on empowering women to embrace their faith, purpose, and leadership. Over the years, I’ve built spaces where women can grow spiritually, emotionally, and professionally, through conferences, mentorship programs, and community initiatives. I specialize in creating experiences that combine inspiration with practical tools — whether it’s guiding a young woman through leadership development, helping someone navigate personal growth, or producing large-scale events that bring women together to connect, learn, and be inspired.

I’m most proud of the community we’ve built. The women who have walked through our programs, joined our events, or been mentored through our initiatives often tell me how these experiences transformed their perspective, their confidence, and even the way they lead in their own lives. That ripple effect is incredibly meaningful to me.

What sets me apart is my commitment to authenticity and holistic empowerment. I don’t just teach; I walk alongside women through challenges, celebrating victories and navigating struggles with them. I aim to create environments where women feel seen, equipped, and confident to step into all they were created to be.

Let’s talk about our city – what do you love? What do you not love?
What I like best about Atlanta is the energy and synergy of the city — the culture, the diversity, and the opportunities to grow both personally and professionally. There’s a vibrant sense of community and creativity here that’s really inspiring.

What I like least is the traffic. It can definitely be a challenge navigating the city, but it’s a small trade-off for all the energy and opportunity Atlanta offers.
