Today we’d like to introduce you to Chef Brittney Bell.
Hi Chef Brittney, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I am from a small but well-known town called Thomasville, Georgia. I grew up admiring my late aunt Pam’s catering and skill set in the kitchen. I have an eight-year-old loving Son who is as outgoing as I am and drives me to push harder towards my dreams. I graduated culinary arts school in 2015 but it wasn’t until 2020 that I independently pursued my catering company after working years as a food service director for large contractors.
Chef Bell has successfully owned and operated Bell Room catering company and it has grown into a large event/ corporate catering-driven business scaling over 6 figures within the past two years.
Chef Bell has also provided scholarships to 2 deserving high school graduates who aspire to become business owners and work in food service.
Recently, Chef Bell has purchased her first food trailer where corporate catering bookings, chef-inspired meals and various large event catering will be offered.
Faith over fear is her biggest motto and she will continue to build her culinary empire by offering delicious cuisine with wow presentation.
Chef Bell’s clients have not only trusted her with their taste pallets but often refer services out and re-book with trust .
Chef Bell states that , “My story has just begun and with faith, I will continue writing for a long time!”
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The road is not easy but Faith is!
Being a dedicated mom has been a challenge that I have faced in this entrepreneurial world. Balancing motherhood and work is something that I have faced and overcame. I am very detailed with my son and he is secure in knowing that I will always put him first no matter what.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
My work ethic and dedication to my client’s vision sets me apart. I love offering menu preferences with my cuisines and putting a spin on them!
Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
I do not believe in luck but I have a lot of faith. I speak it and with faith I receive. I do not believe in bad luck anymore.
