Conversations with Dana Sims and Kimberly ONeal

Today we’d like to introduce you to Dana Sims and Kimberly ONeal. Them and their team share their story with us below:

Best friends, Dana Sims and Kim ONeal met in 1990 as military wives in Ft.Benning, GA. As time went along, the friendship developed into that of a family affair. Becoming the Godparents of each others children, and traveling around the world to visit each other, but in 2001, that bond was challenged when Dana recieved what most would believe was traumatic news of her life. Diagnosed with ovarian cancer which caused the duo to travel again this time for what was an unknown outcome to their future. It seemed like an answer wouldn’t be found just with typical medicines. So to the drawing board they went. Establishing an even closer bond through travel, encouragement, and education these farm friends created a plan to save not just Dana’s life but the lives of others.

In 2013, when Dana finally relocated to Huntsville! The next journey would this time for Kim. During the fight of her life, Dana, never stopped learning. In 2015, she became a Wholistic Rejuvenation Specialist, this helped her to develop an extensive education on how food could heal attributes in ways that were undiscovered and unbelievable.

Kim, having no health issues would take on the knowledge Dana had from her non medical healing and experimented it on her best friend. Dana created a regimen that consisted of drinking gallons of water, waking and eating (and drinking) leafy green vegetables and so much more.

Kim would lose 60lbs in six months following Dana’s plan and hands on coaching. In 2015 H2TC was created and In 2017 LJH2T was created….

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Overcoming obstacles of trying to get into schools and school programs, fundraising, getting people who are set in their ways and not geared toward bettering themselves.

Can you talk to us about how you think about risk?
Taking a risk is stepping out on your faith and creating a place for success through your own eyes. It also means sometime changing the script and never being too comfortable- consistently progressing.
