Hi Deana, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Peach Rebel began as a quiet thought in 2017, during a season when I was still discovering my voice and my direction. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted to do with the name at the time. I explored the idea of entering the beauty industry, but it never fully aligned. The vision wasn’t ready yet and neither was I.
For years, Peach Rebel existed as an idea waiting for clarity. In 2023, the brand came into true fruition when I realized Peach Rebel wasn’t meant to be about products—it was meant to be about influence, visibility, and purpose. I wanted to create a brand that speaks to the underdog, while uplifting the community as a whole. A platform that highlights people whose stories often go unseen, despite the impact they make every day.
Today, Peach Rebel is a creative lifestyle and branding company rooted in storytelling and community. It’s about celebrating confidence, resilience, and individuality, and reminding people that rebellion doesn’t always look loud—sometimes it looks like choosing to be seen, standing in your truth, and creating space for others to do the same.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
No, it hasn’t been smooth. Building Peach Rebel came with uncertainty, self-doubt, and long periods of doing the work without immediate recognition. One of the hardest parts was trusting the process and showing up consistently before the vision fully unfolded or others could see it.
Balancing entrepreneurship with life and motherhood added another layer, along with learning the business side of creativity and protecting the brand. Throughout it all, I’ve been intentional about staying true to the communities I serve while also staying true to myself and who I am. Every obstacle strengthened the foundation. The road wasn’t easy, but it was necessary and it shaped Peach Rebel into a brand built on purpose, resilience, and authenticity.

Peach Rebel is a creative lifestyle company rooted in storytelling, community, and intention. At its core, the work is about people—real stories, real experiences, and real moments that deserve to be seen and valued. Everything I create comes from a place of purpose and connection, not trends or formulas. I’m most known for using Peach Rebel as a platform to highlight individuals who often go unnoticed—people quietly making an impact in their communities without recognition. One of the projects closest to my heart is the Peach Rebel Men of Distinction calendar, which was created to honor men who lead with integrity, character, and presence beyond titles or appearances. It’s more than a calendar; it’s a way of telling stories that might otherwise go unheard. What sets Peach Rebel apart is authenticity and care. I stay deeply connected to the communities I serve while also staying true to who I am. I lead with intention, empathy, and lived experience, allowing the work to feel genuine and relatable.
What I’m most proud of is creating space for visibility, for confidence, and for people to feel seen. Peach Rebel exists to remind others that their story matters, and being able to do that through my work is something I truly cherish.
Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
The most important lesson I’ve learned is to trust timing and stay true to myself. Not every vision reveals itself all at once, and learning to move with patience instead of pressure has been essential to my growth.
I’ve also learned that support doesn’t always come from where you expect it. Not everyone you believe in or show up for will return that support, and sometimes strangers will offer more encouragement than friends or even family. That reality was difficult at first, but it taught me discernment and strength.
Most importantly, I’ve learned that people will judge you based on what they don’t know—and that can’t be the thing that stops you. Staying grounded in purpose and authenticity matters more than perception. When I remain aligned with who I am, everything else falls into place.
