We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Since embarking on my journey in the music and entertainment management sector back in 1999, I’ve navigated a landscape filled with both triumphs and challenges. Working across the Midwest and West, I’ve had the privilege of closing major deals and nurturing talent, even when the rewards didn’t always match the effort. These experiences taught me resilience and shaped my vision.
Over the decades, I’ve expanded my brand into multiple realms: from TV media and film production to management and promotions, and now, we’re also venturing into the culinary world with Miss Hattieand Family Southern Cafe and Catering. In addition, we’re excited about the launch of Redd Jerooz Clothing line in the summer of 2026.
In all our ventures, we also embrace the principle that great health equals great wealth. That’s why we’re dedicated to promoting wellness and a holistic approach to life through our initiatives, including our health and wellness brand, Love Your Vita.
Every step of this journey has been a testament to the power of vision and perseverance. It’s about setting clear goals, empowering that vision, and executing it step by step. No matter the circumstances, staying focused on your goals is what turns dreams into reality.”

To truly empower your life and creativity, you need to move beyond mere dreams and step into the realm of vision. Dreaming is passive; it’s about envisioning possibilities. But being a visionary means actively shaping those possibilities into reality. It’s about taking decisive action, setting concrete goals, and navigating through the inevitable challenges with resilience and commitment. A visionary doesn’t just wait for success; they create it, constantly refining their path and pushing boundaries. In essence, to empower your vision means to live it, breathe it, and relentlessly pursue it until it becomes your reality.
