Jasmine, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Years ago, I began creating content for YouTube, which ultimately led me to become a streamer on Twitch. In those early days, all I knew was that I wanted to make content that was fun, relatable, and entertaining. Although I had a lot of ideas and visions swirling in my mind, I struggled to bring them to life. I was determined to figure it out and I set out to learn how to transform my creative visions into reality. Today, I have a diverse array of skills and tools that allow me to not only realize my ideas but also to assist others in doing the same.
I’ve always been a creative spirit with a passion for storytelling, video production and more. Creating is such a joy for me, and I am immensely grateful for every opportunity that allows me to tap into my creative energy. It is a gift that I love to share, it’s a gift that brings people together and it is a gift from God that I cherish deeply.
Over the years, I have continued to expand my skill set, unlocking new abilities that open up even more possibilities for bringing ideas to life. Over time my content started to get noticed by others and they reached out to me for help with their own projects and content. From there, my journey truly took off. Word of mouth has really been my best friend and I am thankful for both current and past clients who mention my name in conversation—it means the world to me.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The journey has had its moments; it has involved a lot of trial and error. Learning to trust the process has been essential for me as I explore different strategies to achieve my goals. Until now, I relied heavily on word of mouth for visibility, which meant I didn’t need to focus on marketing myself. Currently, I’m working on finding the most effective ways to promote myself and transform into a brand. Transitioning from a creative individual to a business is no easy feat. While there are countless resources available—books and videos—that teach marketing strategies, no one can truly guide you on how to be yourself and turn that authenticity into something marketable. Trying to navigate that while being a mom, wife and working a 9-5 has been one of my biggest challenges so far.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I specialize in digital content creation with a focus on multimedia production and social media. I edit videos and photos, design graphics, and create reels that capture attention. I also assist with brainstorming ideas and provide in-depth social media platform reviews, helping creators and businesses optimize their performance.
I take great pride in seeing my clients over the moon with the creations I deliver. Knowing that they trusted me to bring their vision to life—and that Ive met or exceeded their expectations—brings me such great joy! It’s truly rewarding to help others share something that represents them and their brand.
As a millennial, content creator, and gamer, I have a unique advantage. I’m chronically online and well-versed in current trends, allowing me to stay up to date with the ever-changing social media playing field. I was there when the internet was delivered by mail on a disk lol, so I have a deep understanding of the internet and it’s nuances. My generation serves as a bridge between the pre-internet world and today’s online landscape, placing me in a unique position. I can connect with people of all ages, and my ability to see and understand both perspectives truly sets me apart.
What’s next?
Continue to expand and grow. I plan to set up a website, I believe now is the perfect time to do so. I aim to collaborate with more local shops as well as established businesses that may need assistance in the online space. In the future, I would love to help others learn about the inner workings of social media, its beauty, and the importance of finding community within it, as well as how to protect themselves online. Knowledge is power, and we have it right at our fingertips.
