Michelle, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I got started by following a TikTok trend. I was intrigued by a post. I reached out to the content creator and inquired about what she had done. We had a small conversation, she educated me on what to do and the rest is history.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The road has been somewhat smooth. The most challenging obstacle is the weather. My events are for outdoor dining. Hoping it’s not too hot or cold is a huge concern as well as rain. I always have to encourage customers to have an indoor backup and or a backup date. I have a backup plan that includes a fee. I always mention this in advance so customers can budget accordingly.

I specialize in pleasing palates in an atmosphere of celebration with decor so amazing it makes you forget that you are not dining inside. I am most known for my beach events, numerous entrepreneurial platforms such as Entrepreneur Awards, leadership programs and magazine interviews.
