Today we’d like to introduce you to NeciiAnn.

Hi NeciiAnn, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
When I was younger ,- 2012-2013 my mother paid for me to start Barbizon school ( classes). However funds were funny & I never finished . In 2016-2017 , I created an acct… it was something similar to “Kids casting” .. where you submit your information. I did background work for two movies for Tyler Perry. Even tho I should have kept going , I didn’t. Skip to 2024…How the Internet is set up today , I was contacted from an old acct I had when I set it up years ago ( casting acct ) to do a stage play . I officially did my first stage play 2024. In that same week , I was emailed back to do a speaking role for a movie that’s featured on tubi . One thing I’ve learned is once I start going to set and auditions .. you’re networking with ALOT of connects . So after that project , I met more ppl , followed more ppl on instagram and just stayed in the loop of areas in Atlanta to audition. I’ve been featured in quite a few movies and also background work for quite a few as well . Movies Im in ; My Killer Ex Girlfriend , Her other man , Good sister , 12 baes of Xmas , Crush …& I struck my first lead role in “Price of Fame” … I enjoy acting ! The only other place outside of home , I don’t mind spending a whole day as long as it’s productive lol

I also started my tax business in 2023.
I’ve been doing taxes these last two years and now I’m hiring ppl who would love to get into the tax business. The IRS not going in anywhere so it’s def a business that’ll be around lol

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I will say everybody is not your friend . Everybody do not want to see you win but you stay grounded and continue to do what you feel God has set up for you .

My first real challenge was taking a lead role and making myself do it because I wanted it so bad lol but I believed in myself

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
My personality speaks loud . I may come In quiet at first but once I open up .. everyone tends to love me . I love ppl , the ppl who deserve it anyways .

I love acting . I love criticism bc it builds character esp when you’re on set trying to perfect it . I’m proud of myself for stepping back into what I know I love and always wanted to do . Sometimes life gets hectic but I’ve learned to stay in the battlefield and give my worries to God and just do the work.

Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
Keep the faith & keep auditioning . One no , is a yes somewhere else . It’s happened a few times . I love the fact I’m teaching my sons that you can always follow your dreams or even continue your hobby no matter your age . I’ve learned to also read energy on set as well , everybody don’t like ppl who are loved .
