Today we’d like to introduce you to Alicia Jordan.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Cleaning has always been an essential part of my life. At a young age, we (my brothers and I) were taught to clean our home and take pride in having a clean space of respite. Providing a clean house to our clients means giving our clients a happy home and a safe and clean space for their families. Leave the cleaning to us!
At Atlanta Cleaner Homes, we know a clean and happy space can lead to a happier and healthier YOU. We want you and your family to feel good in your clean home—so why clean on your day off? Enjoy the time with your family.
Our team of housekeeping professionals will do all the cleaning for you. Hire us to take care of all your dirty work! Leave directions or walk us through areas of concern. Our clients book recurring cleanings to maintain their homes throughout the year, saving time and money.
At Atlanta Cleaner Homes, we view each contact with you as an opportunity to build a great relationship. Our standard cleaning and custom cleaning services let us clean your home the exact way you want it cleaned.
We value a job done well, so we offer a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’re not happy with our work, we come back and make it right!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Our business has grown as people value a clean space. There are always struggles in growing a small business, and we have learned that our customers and clients love great customer service and clear communication. We only work with the best cleaning professionals to guarantee the growth of our business.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I love to work. I am a marketing and brand strategist. My goals are always to increase sales and brand awareness for my brands and clients! As a corporate drop-out turned entrepreneur, I believe it’s not poor ideas that make a business fail, yet it’s poor structure to the marketing and new business strategy.
I am a proactive, deadline-driven, performance-focused, and highly analytical professional with experience in brand marketing, sales, social media, event planning, budget management, contract negotiation, and logistics coordination.
Skilled at implementing new cost-savings processes and project management; leading and overseeing various meetings, conferences, and training and coaching staff.
In creating Atlanta Cleaner Homes, I wanted to create a business where I can help support other small businesses, i.e., Independent contractors, and we are a family-run business. We employ couples entire families and take pride in our work. We love helping our teams win more business and maintain a busy schedule! When you support Atlanta Cleaner Homes, you’re supporting a minority-owned, female-operated small business and helping other small businesses grow their business. It’s truly remarkable and we are proud to serve the Atlanta community.
In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
Oh, we are here to stay for a long, long time. The cleaning industry will be ever-evolving, improving over time, and in constant demand.
People will always need their homes cleaned. We plan to improve our techniques and scale the business to other cities!
