With a strong foundation in planning, logistics, and team coordination, she built a business that reflects her eye for detail and her commitment to excellence. Having spent years working in commercial cleaning for extra income, Allison saw firsthand the potential of the billion-dollar cleaning industry and boldly ventured out as an entrepreneur. Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Stepping out on faith to leave a secure corporate job required Allison to first believe in herself, even when others doubted her decision. She had to push past fear, step out of her comfort zone, and learn to confidently promote her brand.
