Today we’d like to introduce you to Antonio Cleveland
Hi Antonio, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Antonio Cleveland spent his first five post-collegiate years as a Graphic Designer in the non-profit space, hailing his gifts to branding and packaging Audio-Video, books, conference marketing and training manuals. Alongside this traditional career, he entrepreneurially supported small businesses with his gift, through his first business Divine Expressions Photography and Design. With his BBA in Marketing degree in hand he pivoted into IT and traveled abroad for 12 years as a Global IT Project Manager. During his travels he garnered an MBA from Columbus State University, however he felt a void in not exercising his creative side and turned to fashion as a way to flex this dormant muscle.
Ambivirle Menswear was created as a means to celebrate the modern man who masterfully balances his role in his family, society, and his personal growth. An AmbiVirile man is adaptable, confident, and authentic, stepping into the moment with the qualities required—be it strength, support, leadership, or compassion.
This philosophy extends directly into our approach to menswear. We design with the understanding that masculinity is not confined by a singular aesthetic. Our patterns and prints cater to a spectrum of styles: the classic conservative, the bold eccentric, and the man who embodies both. Each piece serves as a testament to the idea that style is a reflection of individuality, not a definition of one’s masculinity.
Our designs make a statement: whether subtle or striking, every expression is virile. By offering versatility and sophistication in our clothing, we empower men to embrace their freedom of self-expression with confidence, without compromising on their authenticity. AmbiVirile menswear is more than fashion—it’s a celebration of balance, individuality, and the redefined strength of modern masculinity.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The challenge I would share is one that I encourage everyone to endure and overcome, and that’s live a life that not only secures your responsibilities but gives you joy. Sometimes the reward is financial, sometimes it piece of mind, and sometimes it is simply for the joy.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
Antonio is married with two amazing boys. His wife Ebony, Mason and Avery his children live in Atlanta, GA. In Antonio’s spare time he enjoys rare combinations of singing, cooking, and gardening. He can also be seen coaching a baseball game or supporting whatever sport his boys are into. Fun fact: Mason and Avery are the lively inspiration of Antonio’s very own children’s book Small Steps, which can be found on Amazon (www.masonavery.com).
Who else deserves credit in your story?
The journey has been a long one in the making. My wife Ebony has been my day one. Most recently the team at The Village Retail, at the Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs have been a strategic impact. My photographer who supported me from the beginning Juan Sanchez.
