Today we’d like to introduce you to Blessed Adrienne.
Hi Blessed, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I was always interested in modeling at an early age. I think I was about 3 or 4 and used to watch runway shows on TV. I remember I used to tell my mother I was going to model. I started modeling when I was about 15 years old. I have since been on numerous magazine covers, music videos, runway shoes, event hosting, and have done many different brand ambassador events.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Nothing is without its challenges. There were times that I was getting no work and times where I had to turn down jobs. Sometimes shoots were really physically demanding and I would still get them done because I knew the outcome will be great if you put in a great effort.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I model. I love to use my creative ideas to portray different characters. I love that my image can portray a whole story. Modeling is like still acting. I don’t think I have one accomplishment that stands out to me. I have pride in everything I do. I think what sets me apart from others is that I’m a kind of chameleon. I have a unique look and because I am multicultural I can look like many different cultures.
We love surprises, fun facts and unexpected stories. Is there something you can share that might surprise us?
I can be very shy at times. I enjoy my private time with close loved ones. I prefer small intimate settings. I turn on the outgoing personality when needed. I don’t see myself as sexy until I get in front of the cameras.
