Today we’d like to introduce you to Einat.
Hi Einat, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
When I turned 40, my health started to shift in ways I couldn’t ignore. I gained nearly 40 pounds, felt exhausted, inflamed, and disconnected from myself. I tried several weight-loss programs, but the results never lasted. Each time I stopped following them perfectly, the weight came back, leaving me even more frustrated.
Just when I was ready to give up and accept that this was how midlife would feel, I met a coach who completely changed my perspective. She helped me understand how to eat in a way that supported my body, introduced me to a supportive community, and showed me that food could be a source of healing rather than stress. I lost the weight, but more importantly, I gained confidence, curiosity, and a renewed sense of empowerment.
At the time, I was thriving in my teaching career and running my after-school language program, but that transformation changed everything. I became fascinated by how nutrition and mindset could reshape a person’s entire life. I went back to school, became certified in nutrition and life coaching, and trained as a Reiki Master. I started coaching women in my community and gradually expanded to small groups and one-on-one sessions.
Along the way, I discovered EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) and began using it to help clients regulate their nervous systems alongside the science-based nutrition and mindset tools I already taught. When I entered perimenopause myself, things began to shift again. The old rules stopped working, so I returned to my studies and specialized in menopause.
After spending 27 years as an educator, I realized that what truly lights me up is helping people grow, heal, and believe in themselves. My own midlife journey helped me see how many women feel unseen, unheard, and unsupported during this stage of life, and that became my driving purpose.
When I retired from teaching, I carried all the skills I had developed over nearly three decades, including communication, empathy, structure, and the ability to simplify complex information, into my coaching practice. My mission became clear: to educate, empower, and guide women toward a healthier, more confident relationship with their bodies.
Today, I’m a Nutrition Strategist, Nervous System Regulation Expert, and Menopause Specialist. I work with clients one-on-one, both in person and virtually, supporting women nationally and internationally. I also lead small group coaching programs, in-person and virtual workshops, and my seasonal Let It Go Reset program. Each offering is built on compassion, science, and the belief that it’s never too late to feel vibrant, confident, and at peace in your body.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. As a teacher, I was used to a system where I only needed to promote my after-school program once a year and then focus on teaching, which was my zone of genius, the rest of the time. Coaching and running a business, however, are completely different worlds. Suddenly, I had to become the marketer, the tech person, the copywriter, and the coach all at once.
Things became even harder during the pandemic. Because people weren’t seeing my clients in person, they didn’t notice the amazing transformations happening, and referrals slowed down. That’s when I realized I needed to pivot and move my entire business online. I started showing up on social media, sharing value, and learning how to connect with clients virtually.
It wasn’t easy, but I invested in a business coach who helped me bridge the gap between passion and strategy. Over time, I built confidence in promoting my work and learned how to reach the women who truly needed my help. Now, with the tools and systems I’ve developed, my business feels aligned and thriving. I now coach virtually but also in person.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I’m a Nutrition Strategist, Nervous System Regulation Expert, and Menopause Specialist. I teach women in midlife how to eat and live for their body and age, so they can restore balance, energy, and confidence. Through my programs, they learn to naturally support their hormones, release stubborn fat, improve sleep, calm stress, and rebuild trust in their bodies. My approach combines science-based nutrition with nervous system healing tools like EFT Tapping, mindset coaching, and simple daily habits that create lasting transformation.
What I’m most proud of is witnessing the deep empowerment that comes when a woman realizes she isn’t broken and begins working with her body rather than against it. I’ve supported clients through everything from weight gain and emotional eating to chronic conditions like diabetes and cancer. I also love helping moms bring ease and joy back into the kitchen, creating simple routines that ripple out into the wellbeing of their entire family.
EFT Tapping has become one of the most transformative parts of my work. It’s incredible to see how this simple yet powerful technique helps women release stress, cravings, and emotional tension that often keep them stuck. I’ve had clients who went through cancer tell me they couldn’t imagine their fight without our tapping sessions, and women struggling with food cravings are often amazed by how quickly their urges shift once they tap. I’ve also seen EFT help women who battle anxiety, overwhelm, and sleepless nights finally find rest again.
Sleep can be one of the biggest struggles in midlife. Hormonal changes, stress, and racing thoughts often leave women exhausted and disconnected from their natural rhythm. Tapping helps calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and restore balance, allowing for deeper, more restful sleep. Many of my clients say they wake up feeling truly refreshed for the first time in years.
What sets my work apart is the way I merge strategy with compassion. I don’t just teach what to eat or how to move. I guide women to regulate their stress, understand their hormones, and reconnect with their bodies in ways that awaken energy, clarity, and confidence. When women feel empowered to care for themselves with intention, everything in their lives begins to shift. Watching their transformations lights me up every single day!
What do you like and dislike about the city?
I live in Alpharetta, and love that everything is 20 minutes away on average. I What I love most about Alpharetta is how it manages to feel both lively and peaceful at the same time. There’s so much life here, from the Saturday farmers market to the music on the green, yet it still feels grounded and connected. The city has an amazing sense of community and an energy of growth that you can feel everywhere. I love being surrounded by people who are creative, health-minded, curious, and open to new ideas. It’s the perfect blend of modern and vibrant, with great restaurants, beautiful parks, and just enough small-town charm to make it feel personal. It’s truly a place that supports connection and balance, which are two values I live by.
What I like least are the traffic and how spread out everything can feel. Everything is technically close, but sometimes it doesn’t feel that way when you’re sitting in your car trying to get from one side of town to the other.
