Today we’d like to introduce you to Ericka Williams.
Hi Ericka, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My journey started in 2020. During the shutdown, I was able to explore other passions and entertain the idea of owning a business. I spent 2020-2021 working at a spa and learning the business while learning the craft of lash artist. Fast forward to 2022 summer, I launched my own business. I have always had a passion for the beauty industry and trying new things. I started working in a spa with lash artist and fell more in love with process and helping women feel beautiful.
I am currently mobile but plan to expand into a suite where I will be able to offer more services at the level of opulence every women deserves.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No, lol. I think this is one of the hardest things I have done to date. No one is telling you to work your business every day. Your business is only as successful as you make it. Not to mention, it’s scary. All the what if’s and doubts that creeps in that you battle daily.
The battle for me has been more mental than physical. Believing that I am capable of success and going after it. it may sound silly but that it’s real. This battle affects your consistency

I am currently a mobile lash artist.
I specialize in natural, effortless sets such as hybrid and classic.
I am known for the Stay Sassy (hybrid) set. This is set is a cross between volume and classic and you are able to make it as full and natural as you would like.
I am most proud of my ability to deliver quality, lasting results.
My attention to detail and giving my clients the opulent effect.
Can you talk to us about how you think about risk?
My view on risk taking is Do it Scared! Taking risk allows you the opportunity to experience high-level success. You are always your best bet!
I made up in my mind that I will bet on me and not let me down. So I stepped on faith, believed that if I’m capable to think it, then I can do it.
