Today we’d like to introduce you to Helena Paschal.

Hi Helena , please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I’ve always been passionate about helping people tell their story in a way that gets noticed. After earning my degrees in Communication, I realized many professionals and executives struggled to showcase their achievements. That’s when I decided to focus on career strategy, personal branding, and public relations.

As a PR Consultant, I help professionals, executives, and business owners build a presence that reflects their true value. My services include Career Makeovers, Business PR, Speaker PR, and Social Media Content Marketing. I work with clients to stand out, get noticed, and grow–whether that’s landing a job, getting a promotion, or elevating a brand.

For me, PR is about strategy and positioning. Every client has a unique story, and my goal is to help them share it confidently so it leads to real results.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has not always been a smooth road. Early in my career, I discovered that no matter how skilled or educated I was, being recognized for my value was a challenge. I faced rejection, uncertainty, and moments of self-doubt while navigating career transitions and establishing myself as a PR Consultant focused on helping clients grow their careers and businesses.

One of the biggest challenges was helping clients and businesses see the value of strategic positioning and personal branding. Many people do not realize how much visibility and storytelling can impact opportunities until they experience the results firsthand.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I am a PR Consultant helping professionals, executives, and business owners gain visibility through storytelling, media exposure, and social media strategy. I give clients the spotlight once reserved for celebrities, helping them get the recognition their expertise deserves.

What matters most to you? Why?
What matters most to me is helping people and businesses be seen and recognized for their value and impact. Too often, talented professionals are overlooked because they do not have the right visibility or platform. I want to change that. My goal is to give clients the spotlight and the tools to share their stories confidently, build their influence, and create opportunities they might not have thought were possible. Helping others step into recognition and ownership of their expertise is what drives me every day.
