Honey Moon Hair was born from the vision of passionate stylist and Aveda Institute of Atlanta alum, Honey Darvas. What began as a dream has blossomed into a space where beauty, magic, and transformation come together. The name Honey Moon was chosen to capture that sense of wonder—a reflection of the unique atmosphere Honey imagined from the start.
Together, we’re not just creating beautiful hair—we’re building a space rooted in empathy, empowerment, and purpose.
From day one, the mission has been clear: to create more than just a salon. Honey Moon Hair is a high-end, welcoming escape where every guest feels seen, celebrated, and truly inspired the moment they arrive.

I’m proud to be a woman-owned business that employs a small but powerful team: three women and one transgender woman. Each of them brings strength, resilience, and passion to our salon—often while navigating personal challenges.
Our salon manager is balancing her role while supporting her husband through treatment for esophageal cancer. Two of our stylists are just beginning their careers—eager to grow, learn, and build a better future for their families. And our transgender stylist, with incredible grace, faces daily discrimination simply for living authentically.
