Today we’d like to introduce you to LOGE.
Hi LOGE, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I grew up in a small town in New Hampshire and started making music around the age of 16. Around the age of 17, I was introduced to an artist named “Bazzi” and immediately fell in love with his melodic sound! I dropped my first pop EP called “These Nights” back in 2020. It was one of the first things I was actually proud of putting out. From then on I’ve slowly been forming my sound which has lead to my latest solo release “so gone”. Aside from being a solo artist, I’ve also had the privilege to produce and engineer for a bunch of other artists as well!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
As an artist, there will definitely be bumps in the road. I think any artist can attest to roadblocks that come with being in the music industry including writer’s block, online hate, or wondering if you’re even good enough. Your self-confidence in music can definitely have its ups and downs no doubt.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I’m an independent recording artist, producer, and engineer. I’m known for both my solo work and my production/engineering work on other records. One of my proudest pieces is gio.’s song “burn for u” which just hit over 1 million Spotify streams! Something that sets me apart from others is definitely my goal when it comes to music. My focus is to put God in the center of everything I do but still make the song hit hard! He’s given me every opportunity when it comes to this!
Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
Don’t worry about others’ opinions. If this is what you feel called to do and it’s literally in your veins, go do it. You’ll get there!
