Daily Inspiration: Meet Luka Anic

Today we’d like to introduce you to Luka Anic.

Hi Luka, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Fox + Spindle didn’t begin with AI — it began with frustration. We had watched too many companies roll out technology without changing how humans actually work. AI just made the gap impossible to ignore.

I had spent years helping teams adopt new tools and new ways of working. Jenny had spent years helping people make sense of complex ideas through storytelling and brand. When generative AI arrived, those two worlds collided — suddenly the problem wasn’t whether teams had access to AI, but whether they knew how to think with it.

So we built a firm that treats AI as a transformation, not a tool. We teach teams how to work differently, not just faster. And we use play, narrative, and experimentation as serious business tools.

Today we run workshops, assessments, and cohort programs that help organizations build AI confidence from the inside out. And yes — we stay small, local, and fast on purpose. It lets us do the work the way it deserves to be done.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Smooth? Absolutely not — but that’s half the fun.

One of the biggest struggles was the gap between excitement and capability. Everyone wanted AI, but very few knew what to do with it. On top of that, every week a new tool promised to “change everything,” which made many leaders freeze instead of act.

We also had to build a category while we were building a business. AI transformation isn’t a familiar service yet — most people assume AI = tools. We’re asking them to think about skills, workflows, culture, and confidence. That takes education, storytelling, and frankly a lot of repetition. But once people get it, they really get it.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
What sets us apart is our combination of transformation expertise and storytelling. We help companies change not just their systems, but their language, habits, and rituals.

We’re known for making AI practical and accessible for non-technical teams. Instead of focusing on tools or hype, we focus on capability, confidence, and measurable workflow gains. Our clients span multiple industries, but the common thread is that they’re ready to build AI literacy into their culture, not just their tech stack.

We’re most proud of the fact that our programs drive real behavior change. People leave our workshops using AI differently the next day, not because we sold them a tool, but because we changed how they think.

Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
My happiest moments come from being part of someone else’s win. I love seeing people figure something out, level up, find their voice, ship the thing, get the promotion, or just realize they’re capable of more than they gave themselves credit for. Being in the room for that kind of success, and helping nudge it along, is one of life’s great joys.
