Today we’d like to introduce you to Mamta Khairajani.

Hi Mamta, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Relocating to the United States from Mumbai, India at the age of 40 meant leaving behind a fulfilling career in Educational Leadership and starting life from scratch — a challenging yet courageous step for me and my family. Our shared love for travel and exploring diverse cuisines inspired the creation of Braving_Atlanta. Through this platform, I share a blend of our memorable experiences while proudly bringing elements of my Indian heritage to a new audience.”

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
“I wouldn’t say it’s been like moving mountains, but there have definitely been challenges along the way. Some of them are the ones we place on ourselves—like comparing our journey to others or pushing ourselves to show up when it doesn’t come naturally. It’s a learning process, and I’m still growing through it.”

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
Becoming a content creator was never something I had envisioned for myself, so it’s been such a joyful surprise to see the love and appreciation for my food reviews, recipe videos, and our lighthearted family moments. Your support truly fuels my passion and keeps me going.
I’m genuinely proud of the connection I’ve built with my audience—sharing relatable content, hidden culinary gems, and memorable experiences that bring a little extra flavor to everyday life

If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
Consistent Hardwork , adapting to Change , And Self Belief
