Today we’d like to introduce you to Miss JT.
Miss, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My best friend Kiid Fro wanted to start a modeling/talent agency and ask me to be involved. I didn’t know what my contributions to the business were initially until we started getting things started and I became involved with the shoots. From then, I fell in love with the development of ideas and concepts and this birthed my journey as a creative director.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It hasn’t been always so easy. Moving to ATL and getting people to take me seriously was a big hard. It’s easy for people to believe your success comes from someone else when you are partnered with someone prominent in the community, but I didn’t allow that to keep me from making my mark.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
My specialty is creative directing, so bringing other’s ideas to life. From photo shoots to music videos, I assist in manifesting my clients’ ideas to the best of my abilities and I find it to be the best thing ever!
