Daily Inspiration: Meet Morgan Rogers

Today we’d like to introduce you to Morgan Rogers.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I’m Morgan Rogers— an Atlanta native with a reach that now extends beyond the city I call home. My path began in communications after earning my journalism degree from Georgia State University. Within just two years of graduating, I developed strong relationships with clients, brands, and businesses, all which laid the foundation for everything that came next.

In 2019, I launched my lash company, BLINKMorgglam. By 2021, that vision expanded into professional makeup services. I’ve had the honor of partnering with major, multi billion dollar brands and working with A-list talent.

The blend of communication, creativity, and care that shaped my early careers naturally led me to real estate. Now, as an Atlanta realtor, I use those same skills to guide creatives, entrepreneurs, and professionals toward “MOR”—more equity, and more ownership.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Nothing becomes “smooth” without being shaped first, so no. Early in my communications career, I wasn’t working within a major company. I was essentially a one-woman team, juggling multiple roles for multiple people, coordinating media, tours, and events. It pushed me to be resourceful and quick on my feet. Then, when covid came, I lost all of my contracts, and essentially my income.

In beauty, the challenges looked different. I’m a completely self-taught makeup artist. But before I ever touched a makeup brush, I was holding a paintbrush—working at art studios in Atlanta during the summers. That’s where I learned color theory, and texture. Those lessons moved with me from the art studio to the beauty studio, and provided me with an opportunity to make my talent, makeup, tangible. Makeup also taught me connection—how to understand people and help them step into their confidence.

All of those experiences had challenges, but have provided me with tools that allow me to keep growing into my best self, and the best realtor for my current and future clients.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I’m best known for my work in beauty and creative communications. It also still feels unreal to say I’ve been a business owner for six years. But today, my focus is on my newest venture—real estate. I specialize in first-time homebuyers, new construction, and relocation, and my mission is to help creatives, professionals, and entrepreneurs secure MOR through equity and ownership.

What I’m most proud of is how naturally my creative background shapes the way I work. The eye I developed in beauty and the strategy I learned in communications now give me a unique approach as a realtor. It allows me to connect with people, educate them in a relatable way, and be a trusted source both on and offline. That blend of creativity, communication, and care is truly what sets me apart.

Do you have any advice for those looking to network or find a mentor?
One thing that has worked well for me is being present in the spaces that align with where I’m trying to go. Whether it was communications, beauty, or real estate, I placed myself around people whose work I admired. I’ve learned that mentorship often comes from being visible in the right rooms.

Another key is adding value before asking for it. Support someone’s work. Share their wins. Networking isn’t about collecting contacts; it’s about nurturing relationships, showing respect, and build trust.
