Daily Inspiration: Meet Randi Daniels

Today we’d like to introduce you to Randi Daniels.

Hi Randi, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Becoming a private event manager in nightlife was never on my radar but becoming a leader of change was something that was embedded in my soul. I started as a bartender then event lead and my nightlife mentor asked me to open my mind to more in nightlife and be creative while also increasing your value. I was asked to come in and interview for an Event Manager role at a prominent rooftop lounge in Atlanta. It was overwhelming because even though I knew I could add value to this role not just for the business but also for the community it was NEW and sometimes NEW Elevation is scary. I took the role and made it a point to work directly with Black Owned or Operated vendors, businesses, and organizations that may have been previously looked over. Once I nearly doubled the revenue of my predecessors in six months, I understood my worth in this area of nightlife and my imagination expanded to setting new goals. The business model is now to teach others that have the vision and drive to tap into the Private Event Sector and offer your services to the Black Owned Business that are neglecting this area of Revenue. If I can elevate professionally and teach others how to do the same while also adding value to our community then thats a major “KEY”.

The Sake Blue Republic & Co. Inc. is launching in the fall of 2022 and our business is founded on building a team of future event specialists that will operate as consultants to aid in the restructure of the private event sector for restaurants, night clubs and multiplex venues in The Atlanta Metro Area.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The road on this journey is not for the faint heart but confidence in your skill and passion for your purpose will out way any obstacles that will come on your journey. If the journey was easy would it be worth as much? Probably not.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am an Event Manager that specializes in providing an experience that shapes the client’s idea’s of a private event into reality. I have a diverse client base that includes Corporate companies, Writers, Philanthropist, Artist, and Nonprofit Organizations. In this role, I have found great pride in my partnerships with African American vendors that may have been looked over but provide some outstanding services that the masses should see from Event Decor to 360 Photo Booths.

Are there any books, apps, podcasts or blogs that help you do your best?
Everyone knows how terrible Atlanta traffic can be so last year, I began listening to Audio Books and I realized that I had so many book credits on Audible by being a Prime Member. The first book I downloaded was “The Secret” by Rhonda Byrne, I own the physical book but I needed the audio because what you listen to the most aids in the regulation of your thoughts. I need my thoughts peaceful and full of gratitude but sometimes life makes you forget how to focus on the positive so I now listen to this book everyday and it keeps my thoughts clear which pushes my manifestation.
