At Elite Body Restoration, our mission is simple:
Help our community feel better, move better, and recover faster without the drive to Atlanta.

After a serious car accident left me in chronic pain, I tried everything. But it was cryotherapy and compression therapy that truly changed my life quickly and consistently. I saw the same benefits for my kids, especially with their sports recovery, but traveling into the city for every session just wasn’t realistic.

That’s when I realized: our community deserved better right here in Henry County.

So I opened Elite Body Restoration, the area’s first and only recovery lounge offering:

Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing pain, or just trying to perform at your best our lounge is here to help you feel your best.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Honestly, some of the biggest struggles were finding the right location and managing the construction process. We were starting completely from scratch, and the build-out turned into a much bigger project than expected. It took twice as long and cost significantly more than we had originally planned.

There were plenty of delays, surprises behind the walls, and those classic “this wasn’t in the budget” moments but I stayed focused on the bigger picture. I knew our community needed a recovery lounge like this, and that vision kept me pushing forward even when it got tough.

At Elite Body Restoration, we specialize in helping people reduce pain, recover faster, and take better care of their bodies. Whether you’re an athlete coming in after practice, someone managing chronic pain, or just looking to feel your best we’re here to help you move better, feel better, and perform better.

We’re proud to be the only recovery lounge of our kind on the Southside of Atlanta serving families from Henry and Clayton Counties and beyond. Our community deserves access to the same high-quality recovery services without having to drive into the city, and that’s exactly what we provide.

What truly sets us apart is our commitment to customer service and our roots in the community. We’re a family-owned business my husband has been a coach in this area for over a decade, and we’ve built strong relationships with student-athletes, parents, and teams throughout the county.

We’re open late (until 9 PM Monday through Friday) to meet the needs of athletes and working families, and we often have players come in after practice or before big games to get their bodies right and mentally reset.

What I’m most proud of is the impact we’ve made already giving people access to recovery tools that truly improve their quality of life, all while supporting the community that’s supported us for so many years.

What does success mean to you?
For me, success means helping others, paying the bills, and eventually having the freedom to leave my day job and do this full time.

It’s not just about numbers it’s about impact. If I can help someone feel better, move better, or get through their day with less pain, that’s success. If I can provide for my family doing something I believe in and something that helps the community, that’s even better.

And one day soon, when this lounge allows me to step away from my 9-to-5 and pour everything into what I’ve built that’ll be the dream realized.
