Daily Inspiration: Meet Savannah Rose Johnson

Today we’d like to introduce you to Savannah Rose Johnson.

Savannah Rose Johnson

Hi Savannah, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
There are some dreams that begin in our hearts at an early age; cultivating beautiful and emotionally moving creations, whether it’s art, something I’ve written, or just how I choose to live my life, is the dream I’ve been able to nurture into my career. Operating from a heart-centered place is how I have found my way into independent private practice. My business, Eclipse Evolution LLC, is the vessel in which I provide services as a Certified Life Coach (CLC; 2019), Ayurvedic Nutritionist (2023), Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner (RTT.P.; 2020), and Ketamine Integration Specialist (2021). I am also an author of two books, “Ghosts & Letters” (2019) and “Wealth & Worth: Financial Focus for Money, Power, and Finding Your Purpose” (2020), as well as the host of my podcast “Eclipse Evolution by Savannah Rose Johnson”. I thoroughly enjoy serving others through my one-on-one offerings as well as connecting with my global audience through social media and my creative productions.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Living my dream now, I’m grateful for each bump, detour, and flat tire I’ve experienced on this road towards success. Even the most painful things have been valuable. Overcoming heartbreak, grief, abuse, codependency, trauma, and other challenges has not just made me stronger emotionally, but all of those hardships have taught me how to be mindful and present in my life. Finding the present moment allows me to also see and receive all the beautiful things that can exist at the same time as the challenges. Overall, learning what my true values are and embodying them has helped clear doubt along the way.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I’d say what I’m most known for is my work in psychedelics, particularly ketamine. Being a poet, I’m comfortable with the emotionally intense, abstract world that consciousness exploration presents, and with this comfort comes an ability to make meaning behind even some of the strangest, darkest, and downright painful things we can experience as humans. With my poetic perspective, I am able to hold space for people in their most vulnerable, borderless states and give them a deeply empathic presence, thus allowing them to feel seen while in the unseen and artfully craft new meaning behind what we find together.

We love surprises, fun facts, and unexpected stories. Is there something you can share that might surprise us?
I’m a sucker for anything vintage or antique! The interior design of my house is a mashup of Victorian-era and 1970s decor. It’s beautiful, artsy, and yet there’s still hints of Rock & Roll rebellion. I also don’t have any working clocks; I don’t believe in keeping track of time and like to promote living in the moment. Between the vintage vibes and no sense of time, I’ve been told entering my house is like going into another dimension… and I love it!
