Hi Stephanie, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I started content creation/influencing a few years ago but didn’t become somewhat consistent until a couple of years ago.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Honestly, it hasn’t been. About 2 1/2 years ago I was sexually assaulted. That put a halt to my entire life, I questioned everything. I stopped everything but I realized I had to pull myself together, not only for myself but for my 3 girls as well. Subsequently, after that I struggled with consistency in everything I did. I still do, honestly. Content creation can be lucrative but until then it can be hard not to give up. All good things take time and I’m still building.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I’m a content creator/ makeup artist. I’m especially proud of how I’ve evolved and learned to believe in myself and to just keep going. I think I’m most known for fashion. I think what sets me apart is I do my own thing and I don’t concern myself with what others think or what their journey is. I think that shows.
How do you think about happiness?
Shopping, I love new things. Lol! No, honestly my kids do. I have three daughters that are my biggest cheerleaders. Good, bad, or indifferent they’re always proud of me. They truly make me happy. Making content makes me happy as well. I enjoy including a ppl in snippets of my journey. It’s like I have a crew along with me. 😊
