Daily Inspiration: Meet Tobias Truvillion

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tobias Truvillion.

Tobias Truvillion

Hi Tobias, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started my plant-based journey. About six years ago. I love food, and I love my community and again, so much from the lifestyle change that I wanted to share it with the world. That is very important to me and is giving me so much benefit. So I shared with others so they can grow too. The journey has been very rewarding, and I don’t plan on stopping anytime soon.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
My journey has been a present one. The key to longevity is being present in the current moment. I’ll count the big steps and the little steps as wins. If I’m locally talking to people in the community. Or if I’m on a major podcast platform or network, my energy stays the same, and my mission is focused.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I’m a professional actor, filmmaker, health and wellness enthusiast. I’ve been in the entertainment industry for 20+ years. I have credited almost 100 credits in TV and Film. I think was Sesame part is my versatility and authenticity to the characters that I bring to life.

Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
Timing is everything, and being present to your gifts is very important. Being aware of the gift is crucial to one’s development. My awareness on my gift allows good things to flow through so miracles happen all the time. Lol.
