Hi Troyia, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My journey started with a love for creativity, storytelling, and understanding how people connect with brands. I earned my degree in Public Relations from Florida A&M University, and early on I worked in traditional PR and marketing spaces, including agency work in New York and corporate retail environments. While I learned a lot, I quickly realized I wanted more ownership over my ideas, my time, and the impact I was making.
I started creating content online while building brands behind the scenes, and that’s when things really clicked. I saw firsthand how powerful social media could be not just for visibility, but for real growth, community, and revenue. What began as content creation turned into consulting, then into full-scale strategy, and eventually into founding my own agency, 4SixCreative.
Today, I help brands, founders, and creators; especially women and underrepresented entrepreneurs turn their ideas into profitable, scalable digital brands. I’ve worked across beauty, lifestyle, healthcare, and education, building systems that go beyond aesthetics and focus on strategy, storytelling, and results. My work blends creativity with structure, faith with discipline, and vision with execution.
I’m really proud that my business has evolved alongside me. I didn’t follow a traditional blueprint. I built one through trial, faith, consistency, and a willingness to pivot. Where I am today is a result of trusting the process, betting on myself, and helping others do the same.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
No, it definitely hasn’t been a smooth road.
There were seasons of inconsistency, burnout, and a lot of behind-the-scenes figuring things out: pricing, boundaries, cash flow, and learning how to scale without doing everything myself. I also had to push through self-doubt and stop comparing my journey to others who seemed to grow overnight.
Those challenges forced me to grow, build real systems, and become a stronger leader. Looking back, the struggles weren’t setbacks, they were necessary lessons that shaped the business and the person I am today.

At the core of my work, I help brands, entrepreneurs, and creators turn their ideas into profitable, scalable digital brands through strategy-led content and marketing. I specialize in social media strategy, content creation, brand positioning, and growth systems that don’t just look good but actually drive results.
I’m known for blending creativity with structure. I don’t believe in posting just to post. Everything I do is rooted in intention, storytelling, and conversion whether that’s building a content ecosystem, launching a campaign, or helping a founder show up as the face of their brand with confidence. I work across industries like beauty, lifestyle, healthcare, and education, but the common thread is always clarity, consistency, and community.
What I’m most proud of is building a business that’s both impactful and sustainable one that’s helped clients grow their platforms, increase revenue, and create real alignment between their brand and their values. I’m also proud that I didn’t follow a traditional path; I built something that reflects who I am and gives others permission to do the same.
What sets me apart is that I sit at the intersection of strategist, creator, and educator. I understand the data, the psychology, and the creative execution and I know how to teach it in a way that’s practical, relatable, and actionable. I don’t just help people grow online; I help them build brands that last.
