Today we’d like to introduce you to Alyssa Lamberth.
Hi Alyssa, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Starting my own business has been quite a journey. Growing up I always knew I would enter the medical field, I just wasn’t sure exactly what my path or specialty would be. After working in the hospital setting in critical care for a number of years, I decided to finally make the switch to a field that I had been interested in for a long time – medical aesthetics. I found my passion!
My parents are both entrepreneurs and own small businesses, so I have had great exposure to the risks, rewards, dedication, and fortitude that are involved in ownership. After receiving the support and encouragement from my husband, I decided to create my own brand and company with values and goals that are mine. Those values include integrity, hard work, continued education, community, and seeing the beauty in everyone. The goal is to deliver services, products, and partnerships to my community that are results-driven while focused on the ultimate patient experience. Truly listening to our patient’s concerns for customization of each treatment plan and outstanding customer service are key to our success.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The journey to business ownership has luckily been fairly smooth. I do have considerable family support, both at home and with the business day-to-day practices, that I am immensely grateful for. Our employees have been not only kind and knowledgeable but also adaptable, dependable, and willing to go above and beyond to bring this company to life. We all have the common goal of offering exceptional results in the way that we desire to do so – focused on our clients.
Some personal struggles along the way have been in marketing and social media management. Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok are not my forte. Prior to our opening, I had never recorded a Reel or TikTok or had to understand the Instagram algorithms…which I’m still not sure I get! I rarely even share photos of my children to the world, so opening up and sharing my business, my personal life, and my goals has been a new experience that I have had to adapt to.
