Today we’d like to introduce you to Ambriya Neal.

Hi Ambriya, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
After graduating from North Carolina A&T State University, I moved to Atlanta with big dreams of pursuing dancing, singing, and acting. Like many creatives, I was looking for a flexible job that would allow me to chase my passions while still paying the bills. In the midst of that search, I accidentally became a high school teacher, an experience that stretched me, grounded me, and taught me invaluable lessons about discipline, communication, and service.

When the pandemic shut the world down, everything paused, and that’s when my life truly shifted. During that season, I know this sounds cliche, but the Lord spoke to me through three completely unrelated people, all pointing me toward real estate. I listened, took a leap of faith, and it changed my life. What started as obedience became purpose. Real estate gave me the flexibility I was searching for, allowed me to serve people in a meaningful way, and opened doors I never imagined for my future.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Not at all! Real estate truly took me through there lol. I came into the industry eager, driven, and ready to succeed by any integral means necessary. I was a self-starter with determination, but unfortunately, I wasn’t connected to the best situation early on. That lack of proper guidance and foundation made navigating an already volatile market even more challenging. Despite that, I’ve always had fight in me. There were many nights I cried and even a period, almost a year, where I stopped actively working unless it was through referrals. In many ways, I gave up, not because I lacked the passion, but because I didn’t know how to maneuver or where to pick things back up.

Even during that time, I made sure my clients were always taken care of. I took a lot of losses, learned through defeat, and pushed forward, though I wasn’t fully walking in my potential. Recently, that’s changed. I’ve found my footing again, rebuilt my foundation, and I’m finally operating in my full capacity with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?

What I want the audience to know is that Allure Realty Atlanta is more than a brokerage, it’s a platform. Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
Most people are surprised to learn that I actually have introvert qualities. I come off very vivacious when you first meet me, but I’m really more to myself. I enjoy my quiet time, staying grounded, and being intentional about who and what I give my energy to.

I also mix my singing passion into my branding. I have remixed Destiny’s Child “Say My Name” into “But wit Me, Sell with Me” and Brandy and Monica’s “The Boy is Mine” into “The Client’s Mine” Please take a look at them on Youtube or IG! I am really proud of my projects.
