Hi Arian, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Graduating high school with no idea of what I wanted to do or be, I went to college hoping to find that purpose. One year and a half into college, the pandemic it. Which altered my perspective on life forever. I took on an internship in social media marketing with a fantastic leadership development firm in Atlanta, ” The Pavon Firm,” & found my purpose. Social media management came easy to me, but I didn’t want to just manage automated posts like a robot. I enjoyed building campaigns and strategies for brands that drive sales and traffic. Once my internship was over, I knew I had found my passion and had to lead in it. I leaped into opening my social media marketing agency. This was one of the hardest things I’ve done in my life. At the beginning of preparing to open, I committed to DIYing everything. Learning graphic design from adobe professionals, taking web design classes, and attending youtube university religiously. In a little under two months, I was ready to launch. Speeding through many mistakes, cries, and hopeless feelings I am fully walking in my purpose and fulfilled.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Absolutely not. The road to entrepreneurship has been very bumpy. I’ve struggled with Imposter Syndrome a lot. My imposter syndrome will take over in a time where you think I would be most excited: when I land a high-profile client. When I onboard high-profile clients that are strong-minded and successful I used to get timid and doubtful. Thinking ” Am I good enough to work with these brands” ” Do I even know what I’m doing? “. I had to adopt tools to combat these negative thoughts and allow me to shine. I lean on meditation and prayer a lot. These practices help me regain focus and self-confidence.

If we knew you growing up, how would we have described you?
Hmmm… This is an interesting question. I wonder what my friends would say. I have always been very blunt, to the point, and a leader. Some will say my bluntness came off too blunt at times. I used to be a competitive cheerleader… yes, the flipping and all. I honestly loved it. It allowed me to travel with my Mom and build or relationship. I’ve always been most interested in shopping (I still am if not more). Growing up a military brat most of my life, I’ve moved and been to the most beautiful places. So in one word, I would describe my personality as a child as CAREFREE.
